United Healthcare Authorized Agent

They offered health incentives when you sign up, but they procrastinate in honoring their promise. I had annual physical done 3 months ago. I was supposed to get a reward ($450) within 6 weeks, but I never got it. When I call them they refer me to another party (Rally) and Rally refers me back to UHC. I spent several hours in the last 6 weeks calling them at no avail. Yesterday, I spent 73 minutes on the phone with UHC and at the end they again referred me to Rally. It started to give me stress. I feel there’s no light at the end of this long tunnel, so, I have given up.
