UniFirst Uniform Services - Augusta

BEWARE! Unifirst Uniforms deducted $811.02 from our bank account May 3, 2024 with our normal monthly payment is $292.23 – 307.02. No notification of any kind. I called to see why they did this, they said it was because some shirts were damaged, when we turned an employee’s shirts in, he no longer works here. He had been gone since February! I said if you are going to charge me $500 for something I want to see the damage! I also should have been contacted. Of course the girl on the phone couldn’t help me I had to file a complaint with her and I also sent emails in May & June to 3 different people. I have not heard from any of them. BEWARE!

My company (Circle K #5587) has been with Unifirst for serval years now and I deal with Gary every week and he has the best customer service ever! He is always so friendly and professional. Makes sure we don't need anything else while he is here and is sure to make sure we are satisfied. Great job!!

I deal with UniFirst at work, and we've been with the company 5 years now. When the new warehouse opened in Columbia County, our new route driver, Gary, helped make the transition easy. He comes in every week with a smile on his face and makes sure that we have everything we need. I know when it comes to choosing vendors, the options and pricing seem overwhelming, but I feel like great personnel really make the difference.
