I am writing this review because for the first time in years of coming to Ulta, I received the best customer service today from Cashier Qunna. She was patient and thorough in addressing all of our questions. Thank YOU Qunna for the great customer service. This review shows it didn’t go unnoticed!!

I love coming to this location! Shopping here is always a breeze! Although it was pretty busy with the Mother's Day crowd , the sales associate/cashier Lindsey was very nice and patient with my while I looked for the perfect fragrance for my mother. Thanks to her, my sister and I will continue coming to this location.

Zohra was so kind and polite when I interrupted her work to ask for help finding a couple hair products. The website said the products were in stock but I checked the usual location and they were not there. She tracked them down to a different shelf in the store, and let me know which days they got fresh deliveries in case I had to check back later. But I got everything I needed in 1 trip! Thank you again so much for the assistance!

Kiki went above and beyond to help me today and I am so so grateful! I have never had a Ulta employee help me as thoroughly as she did. I was trying to find a specific lip liner that is only available online, so she helped me find a dupe that would be similar enough and also in my price range. She was so kind and funny and personable and made the experience so much better! Thank you Kiki love you girl

Ordered online and communication was great. I was able to walk and and show my driver's license and pick up my order quickly.
