U-Pack

Moved from Cali to South Carolina using U-Pack. Highly recommended — they delivered when promised at a far lower price than others. Actually their business model is quite clever — they are selling space on tractor trailers and charge you only for the space you use. There was only one negative and that’s just the nature of the tractor. Loading and unloading requires 4 feet of up/down. Gravity is a pain. Pods don’t have the gravity problem just the monetary. If you are moving super heavy stuff maybe UPack isn’t optimal BUT again worked for us.

I highly recommend U-pack. Very professional. We hired them to move across the country. Very affordable rates. They dropped off the trailers, we packed them and they do all the driving. U-Pack held the trailers until we were ready for them to deliver to our new place. We unloaded and then they came and removed the trailers. You won't find a better deal. Great company

Highly recommend Upack! Friendly drivers. Delivery at original address was easy and on time. Did not charge until they were already in transit. The trailer actually arrived at the destination location before we even closed on the house! Customer service worked with us when our closing date got pushed back (multiple times). All items arrived at the final location un-touched.

Very happy with U-Pack from quotes to final delivery, every step was quick, clear and hassle-free. I will definitely use their services again, if required, and will be happy to suggest it to others.

Worked with Upack 2 times between 3 states and their team has great hours and communication at service stations is great. Only issue is getting connected to service stations from the main service agents is often time consuming since the service stations are busy and occupied and cannot take calls quite frequently.
