Our moving experience was made so much better. It was a last minute move and I literally found out 2 days prior that the movers were coming. Our situation was a bit unorthodox so we didnt communicate directly with the movers. We had no idea what had to be done and had very little time to prepare. When the first team came out, we weren't ready. It was no fault of the movers, but they couldn't move us that day. One of the guys was slightly unprofessional and complained when he thought we weren't listening, but I get it. After being rescheduled, Nick and Nathan came out and took care of us like family. They were polite, professional, and very friendly. Not just the "customer service" version of friendly, they seemed genuinely happy to be there and actually interested in conversation. I thought there was no way just 2 guys could handle all my heavy furniture, but they made it look easy. When I'm ready to move again, I'll definitely come back to this company!

In 2023, we moved from Aiken, SC to North Augusta, SC. We called on Two Men and a Truck to move us, and the North Augusta duo did an Excellent job!! So in making our move back to Aiken, we did not hesitate to call on Two Men and a Truck again. However, the Aiken crew, Nick and Anthony, in no way compared to the North Augusta crew - in the long run, it was a horrible moving experience!! And after ~12 hours, the move was incomplete - it had to be completed the next day by G and Tristan from Augusta who were Excellent. I think the Aiken duo realized when they arrived at our home, on April 23rd, 2025, that it would take more than just the two of them to complete the job, but instead of communicating that to us (and ? the office), they just ended up doing an unacceptable move. Our furniture was damaged, we have missing/broken parts, and our furniture was not set up properly!! Overall, a horrible experience!! If we have to make another move, we will make sure that we do not call on the Aiken crew!! Additionally, the administration accused me of stating that we would not pay for the number of movers/equipment that it would take to make our move - that's a flat out Lie/it doesn't even make sense that we would have set up an incomplete move!! The Aiken office needs serious improvement in people skills - communication and management, and moving skills. L & RT

They say the shortest moves are the hardest. Having nine pieces of furniture picked up and moved across the street sounds pretty straightforward, but when you throw in going down a tall flight of stairs in an unexpected downpour, not so much. In spite of the challenges, Nick and Marcus brought their A-game and completed the move ahead of schedule. They were courteous, attentive and eager to please. 10/10

Melanie was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. The crews were very friendly, polite and considerate. I highly recommend 2 Men and A Truck Team for all of my moving needs.

I hired this company to move a small amount of furniture to a nearby storage unit. I live in PA so I relied on their word that things would be done as directed. Twice I had to remind them to add mattress and box spring covers to my order. I was sent a receipt for the move, but no itemized list of what i purchased. Today, the storage manager went to check on my unit and tells me that my bedding is NOT COVERED. They never offered to go the short drive to make it right, just said, "oh well". I would demand everything in printed form, or better yet....call someone else. How can a business operate this way??????
