Tucker Orthodontics

Dr John Tucker was my orthodontist for my braces to fix my jaw alignment issues. It can be really daunting getting braces as an adult, but Dr Tucker always took the time to explain every procedure needed, and I am so very glad I trusted him with my teeth’s future. He gave me realistic timelines, always explained what to expect, was respectful, always answered my questions, and his knowledge and years of experience were obvious. His staff is always so kind, friendly, helpful, and so very patient with me. They clearly explained how to correctly wear my rubber bands and how to keep my braces and retainers clean. They always made time to fit me in, even if I just stopped by to get something fixed quickly. I ran out of rubber bands countless times, and they would put some in an envelope and stick them to the window for me to pick up after work, which is just one example of how they always go above and beyond for their patients. The only negative is that their seats are on the small side, and I’m definitely bigger, but that issue was negligible given how excellent the care I received was. Dr Tucker is an excellent orthodontist, and I would recommend him to any other adult looking to improve their bite or smile.

I was referred to him and at the time of my braces coming off I wanted a clear retainer because I clinch which is one reason I was referred and he was so rude I was asked to go into another room may have been his office with an assistant and he decoded to talk to me like s$$*t I didn't realize I needed a witness going to the orthodontist over a clear retainer supposedly my emails had a TONE I help with my 89 old mom and I don't have much time so jt may have been short and to the point but the way he spoke to me and all of my money down the drain not having retainers because I was NOT going back ! I cannot imagine he would speak to a mother with her child the way HE did to me . And I should have sued him for not competing what he got paid for , once he was paid I guess he didn't care how he treated me. I picked up my paperwork and I've had to pay to have someone else. I was blocked for awhile because I believe it was 2019 when I had my braces I put on and than still charged in 2020 for visits but of course because of covid didn't have them and than for him to be belligerent and talk to me the way he did over asking for clear retainers so I didn't ruin my teeth clinching which defeated the purpose of spending thousands of dollars ! Never has he apologized or regretted his actions and stole my money he doesn't care about you $$$$ go somewhere else he won't be rude to kids but he was to an adult

I've utilized their treatment and services a few times now. They are extremely kind and courteous, especially with me living out of town. I come back to them because their work is good, and I trust them! I really appreciate what the Doctors and staff do for me!

Dr.John Tucker and his staff are amazing. My son who has autism as been having to hard time getting use to wearing braces. Dr Tucker has been so patient and understanding of the difficulties my son has been dealing with having braces. He has even gone the extra mile to check in on my son to see how he has been adjusting. It's been a challenge, but very thankful for the whole staff patience and understanding.

Both of our kids got their braces here. The attention and care they give making sure everything is right, regardless of the time line, is second to none. Not the "cheapest" but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend.
