Tru by Hilton North Augusta

This is the BEST hotel staff I have ever had. Joseph was the first person I met and he was great. I thought he was the exception, but he was not. Each person treated us special and was over the to curtious. Joseph knew I was there for my mom's memorial. He and the staff signed a beautiful sympathy card for me and my family. This place looked and smelled good and breakfast was awesome as well as the coffee. I plan to come back soon.

I am very picky about hotels and I spent countless hours reviewing all the hotels in the area. Some hotels in the area had broken pancake machines, while others had bedbugs! This hotel is the best hotel in area by far! It all started with check-in, the person who checked us in was really nice and accommodating. We got to our room and no surprises; it was super clean. We were in the back of the hotel and it was very quiet. There is some urgent care center right across the street, but I was told that they don't use their sirens in that area. We did not hear any while we were there. Breakfast was great with a lot of choices. We enjoyed the mini-pancakes, though they do take a while to get them. We all were very satisfied with our full stomachs when we were done. They have a pool table and some board games for the kids. When we checked out, the person was just as nice as the check-in person! It is very rare to have two great people working at the desk. I 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Augusta/North Augusta area.

This place is PRISTINE!! We visit Tru properties on a regular because of travel sports but this property has been very well taken care of and everything is exceedingly clean!! Everything was well stocked and the staff is EXCEPTIONAL!!! My son and I were traveling alone and there was an impending storm, not only did they welcome us in with big smiles and friendliness but when the storm started they gave us weather updates and took care of us like they were our beloved Aunts! All Hilton Tru Properties could take lessons from this staff!! ♥️♥️

I was actually really shocked with how nice this hotel is. We just needed a place to stay for the night on our trip with two little kids. I got there just after midnight and the staff at the front desk was super friendly. The rooms were really clean. I don’t know if it’s newly built or newly renovated, but it’s really nice. The waffle maker was super cool

If you are someone who REALLY reads Hotel reviews before booking, THIS IS FOR YOU! My experience was amazing. The staff is so helpful and very friendly! Customer Service was top notch! I interacted with Leaha, Heather, Joseph & Summer and all equally as professional and charming! Whoever the manager is, You have a COHESIVE, HARDWORKING Team, ! BIG, SPECIAL SHOUT OUT to the housekeepers, the hotel and my suite were very clean and the turnover felt like attention to details were paid!! THANK YOU!
