One of the best experiences I have had with a closing attorney. I have been a real estate agent for 25 years so I have dealt with many. These are the reasons I believe my involvement with Attorney Jim Trotter was so great. 1. We had special circumstance and needed to close in less then two weeks. Mr. Trotter said of course we can, we will put you at the front of the line 2. From the moment we began communicating, I was never disappointed as I was kept in the loop about everything from start to finish. 3.
