Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Dragon fruit bowl was advertised as having fresh fruit but there was nothing fresh about these canned/ processed pineapple pieces and frozen fruit. The cafe smelled like bleach to the point where it wasn’t safe for me to wait for my food inside. Staff was friendly.

We will never come back to this location again. My Bahama Bowl took 22 minutes. They guy who took the order rang it in wrong and then said he would have the correct order out in just a minute. 22 minutes later, I'm still waiting on a premade bowl. Also, trash everywhere and overflowing and on the floor. They are lucky the health inspector didn't walk in to see the crazy mess. Do better!

I ordered a Greek bowl with no chia seeds because I’m allergic & yet got chia seeds. I love their bowls & smoothies but I’ve had multiple problems with customer service & having orders wrong. Please do better

Ordering ahead in the Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a breeze! They got my order perfect and curbside pick up is so helpful for a rideshare driver on the go! Their smoothies can have healthy boosts added and their wraps are fantastic. They have dine in available as well and this location is well maintained.

Today I tried the smoothie bowl for the first time. I was excited until I started ordering. I got the dragon fruit bowl. I asked for white chocolate to be added to the base and the team member told me that it was premade. I guess I didn’t quite understand that “pre-made” was going to mean made and then frozen. It was very hard for me to get my spoon into and the chocolate powder was just poured on top. The honey saved it but I was disappointed that the whole bottom of my smoothie just tasted like ice instead of fruit. It took most of my time trying to eat it for it to start melting.
