Absolutely love Tractor Supply and this dog toy. Its a rabbit trainer and makes a grunt sound when he bites down. The store is well stocked even for the holidays and not once but twice associates found me in the aisle and asked if I needed any help! Highly recommend !

Yesterday afternoon we bought a 12 foot drive gate and two 6 inch diameter wood fence posts, all up over 200 pounds. The good folks the loaded everything for us and were very fast and efficient. Can't say enough good about Tractor Supply! Definitely shopping there again!

Brian Jones the manager of the store is rude and provides terrible customer service. Corporate offices advised me to call back and advise them of the pet wash cannot be closed two hours early. He refused service. Please do not waste your time with Brian Jones at this store.

Watch the prices listed on the shelves at the Bobby Jones Augusta, Georgia store. I went in to pick up some bird seed that was marked for 12.99 and when I went to ring it up, it rang up for 24.99. The employee admitted that it was a mistake on their part but they would not honor the price that they had listed. The orange bag behind the purple bags are clearly marked for $24.99 but the purple bags are clearly marked $12.99. i even spoke to the assistant manager and he told me they would not honor the $12.99 price. Poor business practices. Deception!! I can't believe that this company would not own up to its own mistakes and would rather lose a customer that shops at TSC regularly. UPDATE... Since I posted this review, customer service contacted me by way of a message. They said they would love to talk to me about it if I would call them. I called them twice and left messages both times and have not heard back from them.
