Total Force = Total Joke I would rather pay 5xs the amount anywhere else than support this location. Checked hours before coming in on a Saturday. Drove 35 minutes to order a simple plaque plate. Arrived at the back counter preparing the item to show what I needed. A clerk passed my son, and I not saying a word... When we were ready, we rang the bell as many signs say to do. After several minutes, a white haird lady comes from the back to tell us they don't do plaques on Saturdays. Then gestures toward the sign as if we can't read. She finds that the M-F sign is covered by the ring bell sign... Bottom line. Waste of customers time and pathetic you can't even take a manual order to be actioned the following Monday. This experience with almost 10 years of similar service (uniforms, plaques, etc..), I am done and will actively look for and support ANY other providers in the area. Do better, or go away.

I'm now retired and have come to Total Force for many years. Work orders are at times a hassle, the person is not there and there is no alternate, the item I want is on the display as available but sorry it's not available, the price is the same issue you see a price but the finished item is a lot more expensive and then they argue with you. Like lot of places they are declining, but still can get it right most of the time. But be ready for it to go sideways.

Go here for alterations. Pretty good service. Far better than what you get on base at the PX.
