I had the pleasure of meeting with Ms. Taneisha Coleman at Title Bucks and I can confidently say she an outstanding store manager. She had great leadership style is both professional and approachable, creating a positive and productive work environment. Ms. Taneisha consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the store runs smoothly.she is organized, solution-oriented, and always ready to help both staff and customers. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service set a high standard for the whole team. The store has become more efficient, welcoming, and well-organized. Morale among the staff has improved, and customers regularly comment on how friendly and helpful the team is. If you’re looking for a manager who leads by example, communicates clearly, and inspires their team, Taneisha is exactly that person.

I have to honestly say, for the first time dealing with a title loan, and also being a people person, I was definitely caught off guard with the generosity, how informal as well as professional and understanding this lady “Tanisha Coleman” was when it came to dealing with me,the first time in person after trying to arrange an appointment to prevent a wasted trip that I expected in most businesses that only lure you into coming in only to hear bad news. especially when I found out that she was the “General Manager” of the establishment, first thing came to mind was ;that is a prime example of how all persons in the positions of authority, should carry themselves and furthermore, she treated me as if we known each other for a lifetime. I was really comfortable I would recommend only her store to everyone and even suggest to people of authority that they use her as a prime example of how to treat people and problems. All I can say is hands down to Tanesha Where did u guys find her??? She Bad Too! All jokes aside she is very honest, knowledgeable, I can go on but Go check her out she will Get u Straight with No Problems ! If want your title turned into Buckets Go see Tanesha Only! Her customer service is Top Tier
