Tires Plus

I visited the place in the morning, around 8 AM, with one of my vehicle’s tires losing air. Initially, the woman at the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful when assisting me, even doubting that my tire was losing air. She then proceeded to create my work order. I waited about 20-30 minutes in the waiting room. Once my vehicle was ‘ready,’ they charged me $20 for the work. So far, everything seemed fine; I ignored how poorly her employee treated me, made my payment, and left. After two hours, I realized that the tire on my vehicle was still losing air. I went back to the place, and indeed, they hadn’t done anything because they didn’t find anything wrong; however, they clearly charged me for everything they ‘did.’ On this second visit, another very kind guy attended to me and even showed me the repair that they had actually done this time.

Ms. Shanta and her team were completely awesome. From the moment I walked in Ms. Shanta was helpful, polite and engaged. Very knowledgeable and caring. Ms. Shanta listened and took the time to explain what would be done to my vehicle. I truly felt like she wanted my soon to be grand daughter to be safe in the vehicle that I brought in for repairs. Best customer service I have ever received at the Tobacco Road tires plus in Augusta Ga!! You deserve all your flowers Ms. Shanta, I will be back!!

Good experience overall. Staff was friendly and professional. I expected to wait much longer than I did with it being the day before a holiday. I would come back to this Tires Plus. Thank you.

Ms. Shanta (MANAGER) was definitely a big help with me getting new tires and rims put on my car. Super quick process. I appreciate her for her honesty as well. Definitely will be coming back

Very disappointed, and not sure who to be disappointed with the most. This is not based off solely one visit or service, nor bc of any mistreatment from the sale associate(s)/technician(s). But more of 3 strikes you out system. So this is more of a mistrust when it comes to service needed to maintain my vehicle. Iam not sure who is at fault or why, other then maybe... pure laziness and or dishonesty as a technician, a store, or as a company 🤔.!? Needless to say over many years of coming to tires plus and having services done, they were really good. But I WILL NEVER BRING my vehicle back to Tobacco Rd location, and Tires plus will forever be a very last option for my repairs, small or big!! So I suppose this falls on the quality of company's employees. I do feel you lie to you customers and over charge. But the Staff is very friendly at location so 1 star for that!
