Tires Plus

Tires Plus was recommended to us as an alternative tire and repair shop. I’ve been impressed with their service and friendliness with several visits with two different vehicles. They have been fast, straightforward, and very friendly throughout the process. I feel I can trust their shop and mechanics, and wouldn’t have any problem recommending them to anyone who has a vehicle issue. They aren’t the prettiest shop in town, but they are one of the best, economical and trustworthy that I’ve found and that’s all I need!

The team in Evans has been super helpful with fixing my car. There have been some hard-to-diagnose issues and they’ve been careful, thorough, communicative, and fair. Bonus point for being kind and as a woman, answering questions when I don’t totally understand the details of the issues. Really grateful for them!

Friendly and professional service! I called and was able to get my flat repaired same-day within a few hours. Mallory and the lady that was training her (apologies for not catching the name) were great.

I honestly don’t get why the ratings for this location are so low. Erin was great all around with customer service all the way to the services rendered! I work close by so I was weary using this location due to ratings. But Erin and her staff exceeded my worries and expectations doing a phenomenal job on my civic! Brakes and wipers super simple job. They got it done in a timely manner. I dropped off not long after opening and picked it back up on my lunch break with everything top notch. Price was very clear and explained. I have zero complaints. Will gladly use again as long as Erin is on staff! 😊

Staff was very friendly when I called to inquire about a service and when I arrived to have it done. I was pleased to see the diversity of the staff that was working. They were thorough in explaining what needed to be done and pricing. They discovered a few other things that needed to be addressed and were upfront with cost and what was urgent and what could wait if need be. Waiting room was comfortable and wait time was not very long. Also located in a convenient area.
