The manager was great. She is knowledgeable and has great customer service. She got me in and out pretty quick and explained everything. The tech that worked on my car was great as well. I feel comfortable taking my car here. Yes, they make you aware of everything you need, but they do not pressure you into any of it. I went there for a battery. I got the battery installed, headlights, blinker light, and windshield wipers. She did the blinker light for me for free. That was nice since most businesses just want to charge as much as possible no matter how loyal of a customer you are.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE , yesterday stopped by for tire change their was young lady assisting me very rude asked my mom to move her vehicle in a rude tone. Not satisfied with the customer service here really wish we could’ve made it to another location. But unfortunately mom’s tire was blown out wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. If you’re a male maybe you will get better service women who work here are very rude!!! Unfortunately I will not be returning and won’t be recommending this location to anyone. Behavior was uncalled for lucky I kept my composure as I am an adult!

Mr. Lindsey is a very respectable, caring, and professional person!! When he moved from the Peach Orchard branch, I looked for another place to take my car. I was truly happy when he returned!! He listens to the problem you're having and comes up with the best solutions. He doesn't try and sell you items or services you don't need. Or recommend a service after it was supposedly fixed on a prior visit. He seems to care and that's rare in a lot of mechanics these days so I'm grateful for him! When you find one that treats you right, you want to hold on to him!! ♥️♥️

Jim and Jamie were both extremely helpful and helped me relax about my vehicle. Taking it back monday morning to get front brakes fixed and a battery. Will always use this location for any major car needs

My family and I use Tire Plus on Peach Orchard Rd here in Augusta and I can't begin to tell people how great they are.They are the only people we trust with our cars.They know that I know nothing about a car and they treat me so great.If you want the truth and things fixed right see the guys at Tire Plus.I am so thankful to have them.
