Great tire company. I was stranded earlier today on Saturday. Mr. Al was able to get me in with an appointment at short notice. The establishment was clean and very cool given the 100 degree weather outside. He replaced the tire on my Tesla model 3 fast and efficient. He also checked all the other tires on my vehicle for me as well. The tire that I have now is one of the best quality tires that I’ve gotten locally. This is my go to tire shop now without a doubt. Mr. Al is a very nice and honest man. It was hard to leave even after receiving my service. Great customer support, and I highly recommend them.

Just got home to SC tonight after stopping by Augusta Tire LLC. If he had not been open on Sunday afternoon I’m not sure we would have been able to. HUGE thanks to this small business owner who had the exact tires we needed for our boat trailer and stayed open after closing to put them on. We cannot thank you enough!!!

This man seems friendly and honest seemed being the proper word. He sold me a car that not only did he know had a cracked head he took steps to hide it. The only thing he told me was wrong with the car was a skip he said was probably bad gas which turned out to be bad spark plugs a simple fix. However when taking the old plugs out I noticed oil on them thus is 1 sign of a bad head gasket. I then take the car to a trusted automotive shop it iverheats on the way there where he puts it on a tester and gets a readout the thermostat is bad so he pulls it off and immediately calls me to say we have a problem. Upon pulling the thermostat housing off he notices that we'll the thermostat is gone and the housing is covered in head sealant so he looks deeper and finds head sealant in the hoses and the fill jug then I tell him about the oil on the plugs and bingo we have our overheating problem and the ways tire care and breaks took to cover it up. I will never do business with this man again and don't recommend anyone else either. And maybe I am a little salty but ask yourself wouldn't you be also and if he was honest in the first place there wouldn't be any salt in the first place

RUN Worse tire shop in Augusta!! I wouldn’t allow my dog to get a tire changed with them for starters customer service is HORRIBLE after being seated for over 1 hour I then walk out to check on my car that’s still in the air I was then told “ it will be ready in a few minutes there are 3 cars ahead of you this is a tire shop”me :: “I understand that sir it’s jst I have to pick up my daughter if I knew it was a Waite I wouldn’t have stop “ The Haitian dude “well if you can’t wait then don’t come back “ I said “excuse me?? If your gonna be rude to me because Iam checking on my car after an hour you can just allow me to leave with my spare” the guy still was talking smh just rude the little skinny white girl was no better they both were rude ,then make you pay when your car is up in the air with no tire,AND SERVICES WERE NOT EVEN DONE YET SMH, WORD OF ADVICE: if your gonna sit someone let them know yes we can do a tire change but there will be a wait ,let your customers decide if they wanna wait over an hour for a tire do t be upset because their checking on their car after 1hr and ten minutes,I WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE that place is a ghost town and I see why ,who wants to spend their money with rude people,I see why they gets no business

Augusta Tire helped me out as I drove back from North Carolina to Texas. I thought I needed one tire and was advised to safely get home I needed to take care of two do to their condition. They were very knowledgeable and put my family's safety first. Exceptional customer service was provided and they were more than generous to me. I am beyond thankful that I was able to find this business as they were a blessing to us traveling back home and provided great service and a greater experience. Thank you a million times and I can't say how much I would recommend them to anyone in need of tire services.
