Wanted to say THANK YOU very much for all your help while I was in town from Tampa and able to do the exam and get my new eye glasses before having to go back home. Tim I especially appreciate all your help over the years and how I KNOW I can trust you with the care of my eyes. Always found you to be caring and concerned and honest. I do appreciate that about your staff as well. A special thanks to Laura and Joanne helping with my insurance issues and getting my frames when there was an issue. Thanks again for everything. It is why I will continue to drive up from Tampa when I need eye care!

My first experience at Trippett was amazing!!! I received the highest customer service today!! Dr. Miller is amazing !! You can tell she cares about her patients. She pays attention to every detail when examining your eyes. I can thank her enough for caring about my eyes the way she does. Also, Ms. Cass is amazing as well. She made sure to explain my benefits according to my insurance. In addition she took the time to explain all my options in terms of lenses and frames. She even printed a detail explanation of benefits and prices to take home. Furthermore, I would like to thank Ms. Khadijah and Ms. Mariah. They were both so amazing as well. Ms. Khadijah immediately greeted me with a bright smile when I first stepped into the office. She was wonderful in assisting me. Lastly, Ms. Mariah was amazing too ! She was so wonderfully patient with me. She was so sweet when administering administering my eye pretest. I struck gold at Tippett Eye care. Everybody was so kind and made me feel so welcomed!! Customer service is awful! The clinic needs to train the staff on phone etiquette. I called to scheduled a new patient contact lenses exam. The receptionist Lisa was unprofessional while on the phone. She was talking under her breath making rude remarks as like I couldn’t hear her. Nope! I’m not going to give this eye clinic any of my money. Best believe, I will not refer family and friends either.

Ms Cass was extremely patient and helpful when discussing and explaining my vision benefits. She did it all with a smile. Thank you!

Great people! I came in off the street w/ my bent frames & they replaced my frames free of charge! I offered to pay but they said "no charge "! That's pretty cool!👍
