Sadly we have had to use them 3 times. That being said they were remarkable to work with. 2x they had to do a pick up from our home. From being on the phone with them, who they send to your home, in person office people, and everyone else treated us all with kindness, compassion, and respect.

The staff at Poteet & Son Funeral Home were the most compassionate, kind and genuinely caring during the most difficult time in my life when my husband passed. I will never forget the kindness they showed me and my family. The funeral director was absolutely the sweetest, most kind person and made me feel as if I was his main concern. Thomas Poteet & Sons handled both of my parent's funerals. My mom passed away in 2010 and my dad a little over a week ago. Everyone that we dealt with then and now has been caring and professional. Mike handled my mom's funeral and was the funeral director again for my dad. He kept us informed both times of what needed to happen when and kept things moving as they should. I highly recommend using them and will again in the future when needed.
