Stop... This place is decent. The amenities like the TVs in public rooms don't work and have never worked. Can't keep walls and doors clean. The hallways go weeks without mopping. There's one dumpster on the property. For handicap residents this is unsanitary. They have to figure out how to get 2 miles to the dumpster. Since it's location is on the west side of the building. Hopefully we don't lose power again...this created a dangerous situations for wheelchair residents that reside on the second and third floors. How about adding generators? This would be a great way to use the recent rent increase. Every year they increase the rent but don't update the property to accommodate the elderly and disable.

The Vinings of Augusta is a beautiful place to live, with beautiful people. The administrative staff is awesome, professional and in touch with the residents, not forgetting the maintenance workers who do great work also. Thank you for all you do!

Let me tell you all something I went through there to look at the apartments and I fell in 🥰 love the staff was all smiles and beautifully pleasant I love the vibe there, I am going to let God take the wheel from me and drive me to the front door, I love it very much I want to become a tenant there. I go there every weekend to see my partner, it's a fairly new complex so everything is very nice and clean, also friendly staff.
