⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Customer Service – So Helpful with My Claim! I had a shipment that unfortunately arrived damaged, and I wasn't sure how to start the claims process. I stopped by my local UPS Store, and I’m so glad I did. The staff was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They walked me through every step of the claims process, helped me gather the necessary documentation, and made sure everything was submitted correctly. It was clear they genuinely cared about resolving the issue and making things easier for me. In a time that could have been really frustrating, their professionalism and kindness made all the difference. This level of customer service is rare, and I really appreciate the extra time they took to help me. Highly recommend this UPS Store if you ever need assistance—they go above and beyond!

The greatest team in the CSRA they have helped scale our small business to what it is by supporting us and helping make sure Our customers get their delivery on time. I absolutely love this location from the team to the owners they are the best hands down

They are so nice at this UPS location. I had an Amazon return, but I also had a next day mail. Mary helped me through the drive up window. She has helped me numerous times. She is always nice, professional, and goes out of her way to help me, since I’m disabled. There are 3 UPS stores that are closer to me, but they don’t have the quality of service that this location has. This store is worth the drive.

I drive out of my way to use this store for shipping anything I need, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Today Kate helped me and she was very sweet and helpful, she had me in and out in all of five minutes! Can't recommend this store enough!
