DO Not Hire. Promised the floor would be at least flat. It more like rolling hills. Texture was extremely Ruff!. Some of the stuff used to put on the floor was splashed on the walls. Never did come back out to fix or finish as promised. Besides having to have someone else finish the floor, they had to grind down areas that was so ruff the baseboards could not be I stall! Biggest waste of my money I have ever has. Since they have replied and say the word level, we both agreed that it would not be level but it would be FLAT! As as i stated it is like "rolling hills". I have records of text messages that can be shared that will show from SP with dates that say they would come back and finish to at least correct how ruff it is. I did share pictures but of close up so the texture can be seen on how ruff it is. The one picture showing the gap can be done over and over throughout the floor. If I shared a picture of the entire floor it does look good from a distance but that it not the issue. If they would have just showed back up after 3 time of saying they would be did not show I would not have written the message.

The Surface Pros went above and beyond and our floors look amazing. We’re so happy with the results. They worked within our budget and got the job done quickly. The team was respectful and professional and maintained communication with us throughout the process. 10/10 recommended this company!
