The Station at Brighton

Living here has been a great experience. I’ve been a resident for over 3 years. I had a maintenance issue at 11 PM on a Sunday evening . Maintenance was notified and was at my door early the next morning . My issue was fixed within a matter of minutes. Mitch did a wonderful job of helping fix my issue and also explained to me how to prevent it from happening again on my own which was very helpful ! Thanks you Jessica and crew for fostering such a safe environment here for us .

Mitch is amazing and always handles things quickly. Been at this property for 3 years and one of the best I’ve been at. Moving soon but i will miss all the staff. Neighborhood is quiet/diverse, amenities are updated, units are beautiful highly recommend.

Mitch was awesome and is a great addition to the maintenance team. He was very efficient and went above and beyond to help me with the issues in my unit. You can tell he really cares about the tenants. 5 stars to him! As for my overall experience living here this place has been okay, the manager Jessica is really nice and I’ve only had good experiences with her. However on several occasions I had some very negative interactions with the assistant manager Becca, almost every time I’ve spoken with her she’s been very rude, condescending and short. I don’t know if she even works here at the station anymore, but regardless - I don’t think that type of behavior towards tenants makes for a good environment.
