I will let the pictures speak for themselves. My wife requested strongly that you not shave her anywhere because last time you did and gave her razor burn, plus it's winter. Wife said if there were any matts in her hair not to worry about it, we would let it grow out and trim them at the time we feel deemed. You not only went against our wishes, you also never reached out to us and gave us the option of picking her up and going some were else. My dog is razor burned again and now I have to watch her lick her skin to bring some relief to her self. You charged me $65.00 for this mess sham on you. This is just inexperience and not knowing how to groom a shih tzu, I cannot return here.

I would give zero stars if I could. This daycare is incredibly unprofessional. I had pre booked my dog to stay during the Masters tournament at this daycare because last year I had a good experience and I wanted to ensure my dog’s safety. On the Wednesday of the Masters this daycare called me claiming that they thought my dog was “going into heat” and that her abdomen was bloating since the night before and I had to take her. Amidst the Masters we don’t have our residence available to us. I explained to them my dog being female had already been spayed and the owner verified with my pet’s vet but even after this the employee said that my dog can no longer stay at the daycare. I immediately took my dog to her vet and the professional assured me there was no concern present with my dog’s abdomen neither was she going into heat. I struggled to find a stay for my dog and had to make several calls to individuals just to find a stay for her. Really disappointed with this daycare and won’t enroll my dog here again. Update from response from the owner: I would first like to say that English is my first language. It is incredibly wrong to judge someone based off their name that they speak a different language and can’t comprehend what your staff are saying. I clearly received multiple missed calls from the employee that they think my dog is going into heat, her abdomen is bloating and all the dogs at the daycare are going wild about her and I have to take her. When I came to the daycare, the male employee said her abdomen was bloating since yesterday night. I very specifically requested multiple times to know the exact symptoms as abdominal bloating is not normal and neither is my dog going into heat. My dog is spayed. I confirmed with the employee at the desk that my dog was spayed and provided the owner with my dog’s veterinary information. I directly asked the employee as well if this means my dog can stay at the facility as I don’t have any place to keep her. The emp...

The staff at the Ritz Pawton go above and beyond to keep me updated about my dog. They are always kind and professional and show that they truely care. I have tried other daycares/boarding centers, but this is the best- the one I trust!

Very disappointed in 2 of our 3 times boarding our pups here. 1st time, allegedly one bit the other and then they were separated (totally agree with separating them). We were not notified of this incident even when picking them up. I had to reach out to them after the fact to inquire about what happened. This was an extended stay. Next boarding appointment was just a weekend and was fine. Most recent boarding appointment (1 week), I noticed one of the dogs appeared really dirty so I immediately put her in the bath when we got home, only to find out it wasn’t dirt. It was open wounds all along where her collar was and a little beyond the collar. She and her collar had clearly been soaked repeatedly (I am not complaining about pool/water time—I love pool days with them), but clearly nobody was checking on her at all or removing a soaking wet collar causing repeat irritation. I am very sad we have had such poor experiences as this is so convenient to our home, but I would like to not feel guilty leaving my dogs somewhere when I go out of town.
