The staff is extremely friendly. That's the only reason they get stars. They charged me a late fee because they put in my account type incorrectly and then they charged me more than they were supposed weekly. I've sent TONS of emails, I've requested a supervisor, I've spoken to an employee about it and was told it takes time to adjust the account but now the program has ended and STILL nothing has been done!!!! This has been a nightmare!
