The Paint Guys

The paint guys were phenomenal! I just bought my first home and wanted something other than flat paint. Derick was extremely professional and was able to accommodate my paint color request as well as explain the benefits of different brands and types of paint. He even let me know of an issue he found with one of my bathrooms to report for warranty purposes! Very trustworthy and I will be absolutely recommending them to anyone who asks.

Derick Smith, owner of The Paint Guys, and his Guys​ painted the majority of our house for us about three months ago. When we were going through the​ final walkthrough​ of our home, we noticed the soon to be previous owners had touched up just about every room in the house with old paint that made the walls look horrible. Not only that but there were holes all over from the pictures they had up. Upon several other recommendations​ from a local Facebook group, I reached out to Derick who met us at the walkthrough the same day. That right there was amazing! It gets better though, he showed up the very next day, on time at 6 am with six of his guys to paint ten rooms in our house. He knew having moved less than 24 hours before (didn't have the moving truck yet), we very few things to eat. He brought two dozen Dunkin Donuts​ and bought plenty of lunch for everyone. How thoughtful​! (Not that you should expect that but in our situation, he took care of all of us!) His guys went right to work, they knew exactly what to do and they were absolutely a total pleasure. I trusted them all in my home and around our small children. Moving to a newer house, we needed it to feel like a home. Derick and his Guys, they did that for us. Finding a contractor these days who is reliable, trustworthy, and fair is not so easy. We struck gold with The Paint Guys! The cherry on top, they offer a military discount to those who serve on the bigger jobs they do. You may have had some bids that come in lower but you do get what you pay for. The Paint Guys: Came on time, dressed professionally, reliable, painted every wall with TWO coats of paint, FIXED and smoothed walls that were damaged, you pick the paint and they buy the best quality of that paint. Lastly, they were FUN to have in our home! Our​ kids loved them! Derek and his team were such a pleasure to work with. The whole team was very personalable and professional. They started our project right away and finished within a couple days painting all the interior walls including the garage (with the exception of my daughter's room which I had already when we first moved in). We have ~3500 sq ft home. I would definitely recommend this team to handle all of your painting needs.

The Paint Guys did various jobs in our house over the past 3 years. Derrick was always quick to reply to messages and send out estimates. The team was always respectful, on time, and hard workers. They removed wallpaper from 3 rooms and even did wall repair. We were always pleased with the end result. Best painters in CSRA!

We had the paint guys paint several rooms in our house. The estimate Derick gave us was much lower than other estimates. The crew did a great job and finished quickly. We hope to have them do the rest of our house in the fall. Highly recommend.
