The Hair Studio

An appointment was confirmed and I showed up to that appointment to not get serviced and even another appointment was rescheduled but when I called to make sure that stylist would be able to keep this appointment; I didn't get a call back after leaving a message on her voicemail. That's okay, I won't be coming to you because it feels like a runaround and if you didn't want to provide services, you should've said from it in the beginning. Thanks, but no thanks.

Scheduled an olapress and it was described as having olaplex 1-9 used throughout the hair straightening process. The only olaplex products used for my olapress were seemingly the shampoo and conditioner. My ends were not adequately trimmed and there was only one product used for my press- which was not even an olaplex oil, serum or anything.My hair was pulled by the rough combing and I could hear it snapping as a result and scalp was touched quite a few times by the flat iron pressing process. My ends look to be in worse condition than when I came and the styling/ curling was also unsatisfactory.nothing unfortunately met my expectations as shown on Google photos.

I met Jasmine when I was looking for a new stylist for my daughter. Jasmine was so nice she answered all of my questions and I was totally impressed with her. She was selling the salon so effortlessly, she introduced me to her Sister Tiffany who is equally sweet and amazing with the braids. Three ladies work in the shop and they are all well organized, very nice and most importantly they all seem to work on time with schedules. When I go we never have ridiculous wait times because of over booking. We walk in and head straight to the chair. These ladies are super professional and respectful which I love because my daughter is 7 and the atmosphere is kid friendly. I have recommended all of these ladies to my friends, they are absolutely amazing.!!!!

Based on a referral, I took a chance at a new salon. I have always been told your crown is your glory, and you have to treat it as such. Therefore I take pride in my hair and I am careful where I go. I must say this is the best decision that I ever made. I was a bit nervous and from the time I stepped in the door, I was greeted with a smile and immediately felt at ease. Although I changed my original service, Tiffany was very accommodating, and as she discussed her schedule and upcoming days off I took note to know my next appointment would be in July after her vacation and after they fussed at me in a good way I know to see Jasmine for all my natural hair care needs. They have made a regular outta me. Thank you!!

This will be my second visit to the Hair Studio and I have not been disappointed. I booked an appt today and the customer service was top tier. The stylist not only secured my appt but gave me recommendations on where to get the hair I need. Highly recommend
