They don’t stand behind their work. Go elsewhere. The money you think you’re saving will just go toward fixing their mistakes. We had our truck towed here after engine failure. Worked with Ryan to select a rebuilt engine. They installed it, and we should have known something was wrong as soon as we pulled off the lot. The check engine light came on immediately. We turned around, they looked at it, drove it, cleared the code, and told us it was a fuel pressure issue. The next day, the truck couldn’t tow our trailer more than 5 mph. We took it to a shop in Atlanta for a quick look. They found a massive fuel leak caused by poor engine installation. Several parts had to be replaced because of damage from leaking fuel. That damage never should have happened. While the warranty covered some of it, the Garage on Gordon refused cover anything. They told us we should have brought it back to them. Mind you, we're 2 hours away and I'm not taking the vehicle back to a shop that messed it up in the first place from general lack of quality control in workmanship. We gave them the opportunity to make it right - not asking for a full refund, but asking them to pay for some of the remaining balance of the corrective work. They would not. The second shop’s report listed silicone on parts that shouldn’t have it, missing bolts, and other signs of bad workmanship. Extremely disappointing experience.

I just purchased my brand new (to me) used car. I am really enjoying the way it runs and drives. I am so glad it will be paid off in 24 months. Thank you guys for helping me out

I hate to be the one to leave a bad review but I feel I need to. I just bought a car from here on April 18th the car buying process was great Sean was great answered all my questions through the whole car buying experience. Customer service gets 5 stars. However I took it back up a week later from noise i heard that didn't sound good told me to bring it up and they would look at it. The mechanic who looked at it pullled it up to the bay popped the hood drove it back and said oh it's fine it's normal. His name is Ryan. Called again to come up told me I could but Ryan said I wasn't allowed to sit there while it was Being diagnosed so I left. Only to take it somewhere else for 90 dollars to get it diagnosed and find out what the problem was. I do no recommend the mechanic part. Not Ryan anyway he doesn't seem to know what he was doing.

I utilize their towing services to have my vehicle worked on because it was overheating because of a radiator hose leak. Vehicle was picked up in 8/12/24. Service was completed on 8/13/24. Upon picking up my vehicle I notice there was a crack in my windshield that wasn’t there BEFORE having them fix my vehicle. I let the guy know at the front desk and the manager know and they asked one of the mechanics who they said stated “they don’t know if it was or wasn’t there when it came in”. The guy at the front desk stated that it could have happened while being towed. I asked who was the company that towed it and he said it was their tow company. The manager refused to get it fixed or even pay the deductible to have the windshield replaced. I will never do business with this shop again.

My significant other took his dully truck here and the issue was never rectified....as a matter of fact his cd player was stolen out of truck ( they did replace after several decent conversations. The dully will not go in reverse for some reason which it was working fine before. My significant other is such an outstanding person he still paid the 3800.00 and just stated we'll my lost I guess....I am a little different I hate when companies take advantage of ppl and a situation. I advise my spouse take them to court but he doesn't want to waste more money and time. Anyway may you weep what you sow. The dully is blue and it was for Tony Young.It was over a year ago but my previous review was taken down for some reason. You guys like I stated earlier replace the CD player which was good but honestly it was something any business should do if vehicle was on property and item came up missing. This is not a review to harm your business but the truck was bought to you to fix and then it doesn't go in reverse you were advice the next day because truck was picked up after closing. Your company did not take ownership by rectifying the issue so more money had to be spent, and time. If you don't have documentation of that then you need better record keeping.
