Charge extortionate prices to AIT students who are forced to come here. I'm talking 120% higher than off post. How are Drill Sergeants facilitating these kids to get ripped off??!

I wish I could give 0 stars. First their card readers don't work. My cards decline there and I had to go to an atm to get cash with the same card. Bank confirmed it's on their end. They didn't even care to work to fix it and admitted it's their readers. Extremely rude about the whole thing. Then after a week for 55$ to dry clean, and sew a couple of patches and take one off....the patches to take off weren't taken off, the patches that were sewed on were falling off at the corners and there was hair on it after it "just came back from the cleaners"

Gave me back the wrong sized jacket with sewing done. Gives you inaccurate times when you can pickup your items. The two ladies that work the front are nice, but the short asian gentleman is RUDE as hell and will actively argue with you trying to get alterations done. Every time I come here there has been some sort of problem. Advise you go anywhere else if possible.

If you want your stuff back on time don't go here. We are now 3 days late on sewing. I was also warned by the military clothing people to not let them sew anything but my OCPs. To me that says it all. Opens at 9... ish.

Be careful when you drop off patches to be sewn on. The Cleaners sends off your jacket to an offsite vendor and unless you specify that you want your old patches back they will not return with your garment. Patches are expensive for Soldiers and sometimes we do use them again. Service is mediocre too. Not cool.
