Jean is amazing! I knew I wanted something extravagant to celebrate my Mom’s 75th birthday. This arrangement is glorious and exactly what I hoped for. Will be using Bloom Closet for my future Evans and Augusta floral needs.

Amazing customer service! Always professional! My husband purchased my beautiful flower arrangement for Valentines Day and they were gorgeous and colorful. They lasted long also. I purchased also an arrangement for my coworker for her surgery and she was so happy with them. They also deliver which is helpful. I’ll definitely be purchasing more from The Bloom Closet Florist.

Living across the country in California has sometimes presented an issue when ordering a birthday or special occasion bouquet for my elderly mother in Georgia. But Jean, the wonderful, gracious owner of The Bloom Closet came through with flying petals, um, colors and delivered a beautiful bouquet just in time for my mother’s birthday celebration. She really loved it! Proof beyond a doubt that good people make all the difference in this world! Thank you Jean!

"Every" aspect of working with the owner, Jean, from the initial phone call until completion, was done in an extremely warm, welcoming, and professional way. She is exceedingly customer service oriented. I felt she went out of her way to assist me, making the emotional process of ordering a sympathy spray as easy as possible. All on a one day notice. She could not have been more caring or accommodating. The arrangement was breathtaking. Loved ones at the funeral noticed how special the arrangement was; and our loved one who is now gone, would have loved it. Well done, Jean!
