First I had a 6 day hold on a CASH deposit in the atm......now a 6 day hold on a check. I have been a customer for 9 years. As soon as this check is released I will close my accounts. Going inside to talk to someone is ridiculous. No sense of urgency for them. Stay away from this bank!

Unfair Credit Reporting & Lack of Communication I am extremely disappointed with TD Bank’s handling of my closed account. They reported a $59 delinquent balance to the credit bureaus without ever notifying me—no calls, emails, or letters. My account was closed in December 2024 by TD bank, and I was never informed of any outstanding balance at the time of closure or afterward. As a result, my credit score dropped significantly, impacting my ability to secure a mortgage loan. This is completely unfair, as I would have paid immediately had I been informed. TD Bank’s failure to communicate has caused unnecessary financial hardship. I have disputed this with the credit bureaus, but I strongly urge TD Bank to take responsibility and correct this issue. No customer should have to deal with such poor communication and damaging consequences over a minor balance. My last payment was on the 16th of December, and they closed the account on 31st December without informing me that I had an of $14. #TDBank #CreditReport #UnfairReporting #CustomerServiceFail

I recently visited the establishment and unfortunately encountered an experience that left me quite dissatisfied with the level of customer service provided by Krysta. From the moment I entered, there was a noticeable lack of professionalism. I was not greeted upon arrival, and Krysta continued to eat without acknowledging my presence. A warm greeting is a fundamental aspect of customer service, and its absence sets a poor initial tone for any interaction. During the transaction, I handed Krysta my license and check, expecting the same courtesy in return. However, rather than placing the documents back into my hand, she chose to leave them on the counter, which felt dismissive and impersonal. This kind of behavior reflects a disregard for common customer service etiquette, where handing items directly back to a customer signifies respect and attentiveness. When she informed me that she was unable to cash my check due to the amount, her tone and demeanor were unprofessional and lacked the courtesy I would expect in such a situation. While I understand there may be policies that limit certain transactions, the delivery of this information was unnecessarily harsh and lacked empathy. Customer service, especially in a financial setting, requires both professionalism and the ability to communicate policies in a polite and respectful manner. I hope that management addresses this issue to ensure that future customers receive a higher level of service. A simple smile, respectful communication, and professional behavior can go a long way in ensuring a positive customer experience.

We had to iron out a complicated financial situation for an elderly member of the family who banks here. The attention and kindness at this branch was phenomenal and helped us get everything in order. So thankful.
