Tax Express

Sheri was supposed to do my boyfriend’s taxes 3 weeks ago. She said they would be done the following Monday. Called to check on it, left several messages with no response back! She never did them. We picked up the W-2’s she hadn’t even started on them! Very, very unprofessional. Now have to scramble to get someone to do the taxes before deadline. She sat on his taxes for 3 weeks no follow up or anything. Wouldn’t recommend. We went because of the good online reviews but now looking back all of them are over 2 years old. Don’t know what happened between now and then, but it isn’t good. The only thing good I can say is that everyone that works there is nice. But the Sheri that is in the second office to the left will do nothing but keep your W-2’s in a white envelope and not touch them for weeks. Smh

Terri is the best! She has been my accountant many years, and she has always done an excellent job on my taxes, as well as all my coworkers' taxes.
