Tara Golf Club at Savannah Lakes Village

Wife and I played 18. Very nice course and clubhouse. Beautiful. Staff especially nice. Wonderful area. Highly recommended.

The grounds are lovely and the food is very good. I only gave 4 stars because The club house had a limited menu and they didn't allow inside dining so we had to get it to go and eat it on the back patio. I'd love to return when there is a full menu! Staff was very attentive and kind. We will return and I'm sure I'll upgrade to a 5 star.

Had a tee time at tara today with my investors talking about buying some places in Savannah lakes it rained so it was cart path only so i asked is it still 80 dollars and she said well yeah we canceled and left we will invesr somewhere else

Myself, another PGA professional and a couple of our home course members from Myrtle Beach had the pleasure to play both Tara and Monticello today. WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIANCE!! I have to say that I don't have a clue what these other reviewers are talking about when they comment about having a bad experience. Everyone at the club including the members, treated myself and my guest to a wonderful day of golf. Everyone from bag drop to the inside staff were so professional and friendly. The members that played behind us and in front of us made us feel at home. We had lunch at the Monticello Grill and the food was excellent and we could not have asked for better service. I know that outside play is limited on both Tara and Monticello, but I would highly recommend either of these courses to my friends and family. It's defiantly the kind of community that I would retire too and well as recommending it to any of my fellow golfing friends. Two beautiful courses, friendly members and friendly staff! Thank you Tara and Monticello staff for a perfect day of golf and for making our experience one to remember!
