Tada! Maids

Showed up 2.5 hours late on a Friday evening and did a rush job that was incomplete. I had to spend Saturday correcting several missed items to clean. The quote was over $150 more than others , so I expected a higher level of performance for a top to bottom cleaning of a vacant home.

I got a standard cleaning, paper towels were used on everything and this left my appliances with a streaky, greasy film and an odor, that smelled like WD-40. Shower/shower glass was NOT cleaned. I turned on my oven today, not knowing that an attempt was made to clean it. Smelled like burning plastic and opened it to find residue from whatever cleaner was used. I wish I had taken pics of all of the other stuff. I had not planned on leaving a review UNTIL I opened my oven today. My house is about 6 months old, so no major cleaning was needed. This should have been easy money. I ended up cleaning my house AFTER this supposed cleaning. Would not recommend this company. If I could give it -5 stars I would. Waste of money!

I reached out to TaDa! Maids to clean my mother's mobile home. The ladies reached out when they were on their way, they arrived on time (before time), they were friendly, and they were thorough. I was so happy to see my mom's place clean. They cleaned behind the toilet, inside the oven!, the fans. These are the placed my mother's can't reach anymore. I recommend them to clean your place. I wasn't disappointed.

Scheduling the cleaning service was easy and any questions I had were answered quickly. Our cleaner arrived on time and had great attention to detail. The price was a little high so I won’t use them as often as I would like.

First cleaning was great, recommended them to friends. However, they cancelled last minute two days in a row for the next cleaning. Rescheduled and they didn’t show up. I reached out to the office who said the girl was running late but would be there soon, but never showed. Really disappointed in the inconsistency and lack of communication.
