Taco Bell

Hands down the WORST taco bell in the area. Line is always insanely long, there's never anyone out front at all, ordering ahead and there's still a 20 minute wait when you get there. They consistently mess up the orders. This most recent visit, the workers actually locked the door so people couldn't come in. At dinner time. Worth it to drive 12 minutes out of the way to the next closest location in the area.

Me and my family went and it took 20 minutes to get our order, the soda machine In the lobby was carbonated only, my wife stood at the register for 5 min or more waiting for some one to help or fill up our soda from the back machine, she got no assistance. Should have just cancelled my order!! Workers seemed more concerned about there conversation and having a good time laughing beside giving better customer service.

Terrible wait time, passed 2 other Taco Bell's to arrive at this one. Only had 2 employees working on the inside, totally unexceptible!! I waited because it was my last stop, I witnessed alot of people leaving the drive-thru line, because of the extended WAIT TIME!! Bad management to allow this catastrophe on June 25, 2025!!!😡

It's literally always a 30+ minute wait, the last two times, I just left after 10 minutes without any car moving. Made the mistake of thinking it wouldn't be so bad this time and ordered online... a big mistake, to say the least. The food's fine and they're always nice, but man, get some more night employees PLEASE.

When you spend extra money on steak and this is what you get. Supposed to be a supreme too!! Customer service at its best when they get mad that they messed up 🤷🏼
