It was an absolute pleasure working with Jessica! Jessica is well versed and knowledgeable the various changing procedures and policies required for a VA loan. She is a military spouse and has multiple experiences with VA loans personally. I felt so comfortable working with Jessica because she was ALWAYS AVAILABLE for me whenever I had any questions. I was working with Jessica from a different state and we had a 3 hour time difference but she was so flexible that I never noticed the time difference. I love their portal because it was so easy to upload my spouses and I’s documents in there. I still use her portal for easy access to my document lol I have utilized it multiple times even after we’ve closed our loan due to it being tax season. Jessica went above and beyond for us and we truly appreciate the personalized customer service because we closed via POA. Jessica is honest, proactive, diligent, knowledgeable, and most importantly patient and I am so grateful to have worked with her.
