Sunshine House of Aiken at Fabian Drive

I love this place! My daughter started when she was six weeks old and she’s now five months. The last few months have been great. She smiles when she walks into the building and the teachers are so nice to her. They greet me in the mornings and have always communicated clearly if things come up or something happen that requires a delay or change in the normal daily process. I would definitely recommend SSH to any parent in the area.

My child attended Sunshine House at this location for about two or three days when the hurricane Helene hit because the other Sunshine House on Summerwood was off because they had no power. My wife dropped off my son at this daycare early in the morning the people in this daycare have never met me or never even seen me so later in the day I had my ID in my pocket to go pick up my son. When I walk in and said I’m here for Hunter, they literally pointed towards the infant door and said he’s in there. It’s crazy to think that all you need to know is the child’s name or any child’s name and you can get a kid. They did not check my ID or even stop me before I got to the door to ask for my ID or ask why I am there so just to let everybody know they do not check IDs if they don’t know you That right there is a very big security risk. I contacted the South Carolina director person and they seem not to even address the issue in the email so just a heads up with this place I did a review on the Summerwood location. Go check it out. It’s pretty bad.

This place is amazing. They have really taken a hands on approach when it comes to helping my daughter do potty training. She leaves there every day with the biggest smile in her face. This place is the best day care/ early education facility that my daughter has been to.

I have my child in the daycare since he was an infant. I love how the teachers care about the children and they interact with them. Also around the different holidays they do fun activities for all the ages.

Please be careful sending your kids and babies here, mine came home with bruises 3 days in a row , he cries everytime we pick him up and he’s never done that he’s scared, there was a bruise on his lower back & also on his arm, we asked a numerous amount of times as to why this keeps happening we ask for camera footage, they’ve deleted it or can’t “go back far enough” to show what has happen these staff are rude & unprofessional and will abuse your kids & hide it. We’re still working with police on this one but karma is real God sees all , and all the staff there , should pray no one mistreat or harm their own children like they do others GOD SEES ALL. & everyone will reap what they sow … kids are off limits . Yall are supposed to care , & protect them ! ….. God will do his will within this whole situation
