Summerville Maids have cleaned our homes for over 8 years now. Their amazing attention to detail is unlike any other cleaning services that we had tried. They do our weekly cleaning, moving in cleans, moving out cleans, and also clean our homes for Masters rentals. I can't count how many friends, families and clients that I have referred them to over the years. Koko and her team go above and beyond. As a perfectionist, I am a hard client to please. Koko has never let me down. I completely recommend Summerville Maids!!!

They did a terrible job on my house. The pictures will show it. I complained and they reported they "didn't move furniture" but you don't have to move furniture to sweep, vacuum or mop under ANY of my furniture. They didn't move anything in the kitchen on the counter, just apparently wiped around everything, leaving cobwebs, dirt, debris and even roach droppings behind the TV in the kitchen. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and they upheld THEM, but I did a rebuttal and they have offered a refund of $115 which I accepted just to stop dealing with people who obviously DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CLEAN A HOUSE!

I am extremely satisfied with the services provided by your company, as my home not only smelled clean and fresh, but also had gleaming appliances and floors. The professionalism displayed by your staff was truly commendable. Thank you for exceeding my expectations and for making my experience a positive one.

KOKO and her team are absolutely wonderful. She’s so caring and does a really thorough job. She has been a HUGE help for this busy mama. And their pricing is affordable and fair for the work they provide. I always come back to KOKO ❤️ And she’s really great at communicating clearly with you with professionalism and compassion 10/10

I am so pleased to have Koko for my housecleaning. She was recommended by a friend who was impressed with her work as I am. She is a hard worker, she does an excellent job, and she is responsive to correction. Upon one occasion I was not pleased with a worker and I told her about it. She corrected the situation immediately. She is a pleasure to have in my home and it always looks sparkling clean when she has finished.
