Storage Sense - North Augusta

Easily rented my unit online. When I brought my first load to the unit, I was impressed with how clean and kept the place was. I noticed some insulation was falling down a bit. I called the office and Elizabeth was friendly and professional and offered a quick solution. They took care of the insulation and offered another unit if it fell again. The unit was clean upon arrival.

My daughter was moving home from college and needed somewhere to store her things. Called Storage Sense and the process was simple, customer service was exceptional, the unit was clean and free from bugs. The location is convenient and easy to access. The 5x10 unit held the contents of a living room and kitchen and other miscellaneous items.

The office and storage unit areas were very clean and appear well maintained. When I arrived the person working in the office was checking some things around the property, I called the number posted on the door and she was there within minutes to help me. She was very polite and professional. While moving items into my storage unit I saw her ride around the property two more times (over the course of 2-3 hours) which made me feel like my items are well protected. Not only are there security cameras, but the staff physically check around the property. The price for the size unit I am renting is also very fair.

I am new to the area, I recently moved from Missouri to South Carolina. I needed a storage unit for my camping tent that goes on top of my Jeep Wrangler. Elaina Sibert was working as a floater at this location and when I say she is an angel! She made my experience super easy and she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. From Georgia to South Carolina, this lady is going over and beyond for storage Sense customers! We have a Storage Sense in Missouri and that’s why I went with this company again in South Carolina. I’ve had a great experience when I was able to reach someone. I just wish they actually put notes in the account when you call or come by because a simple issue that could’ve been taken care of in a few days turned into a few months to resolve.
