Storage Sense - Martinez - Old Evans - Self Service

Great experience and great customer service. Storage was clean and big space!

We recently moved to Storage Sense for our civic organization's needs. We used their truck to move and the customer service from the employees was exceptional. Our move was smooth and we had no problems and we appreciate that kind of treatment. Storage Sense makes sense!!

I have been pleased with my experience with this facility however tonight more than half of the lights were off on the property. I was there probably around 8 o’clock. This is the first time that the lights were not on at night. I also have always received excellent customer service from Sophie in the front office. She is very helpful, friendly, and professional. It’s nice doing business with pleasant people.

Mrs. Suzie gave exceptional service during a very hard time. We had to move a loved ones belongings last minute. She took the time to meet us drive to that specific storage location to do the paperwork and give us the keys. She was sensitive to our needs (I find it very hard to find people like that these days). Highly recommend.

Had a great experience in renting through Storage Sense. The storage units changed ownership to storage sense about halfway through my time renting there and it was a great change. They were always very helpful and affordable and made my move-out incredibly simple. I never had any issues and would definitely recommend to anyone nearby looking for an affordable storage unit.
