Was having some issues with my Penske rental and the two ladies up front were super nice and helpful getting the problem solved. I'm sure their other services maintain the same standard of quality customer service!

The staff is very nice and attentive, but seniors there is a discount you can get that they don't tell you about and you have to ask for it. I am really tired of companies banging customers over the head, first for things you don't want and then not giving you the same pricing that they offer to new customers.

I haven’t had any issues with the business. The manager, Melanie, is great. She’s responsive and never had a problem with her. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because after my promotional rate expired, the monthly fees went up twice since I’ve had the unit for almost 2 years.
