I love how you can get a unit and have access to it the same day without ever having to go to an office or do anything in person. You enter in a few details online, sign some papers with DocuSign and immediately get your unit number and gate code to use right then and there. My first month was free and the price for size beats most in the area. Plus, they let you use a free truck to move all your stuff with for 1 whole day within 2 weeks of getting your unit. It took me less than 10 minutes to get the truck and get to moving and return is just as easy. Great experience and would definitely recommend over other storages in the area.

Rhett is incredible!!! He really pays attention to the facility, and cares for your tenants. He noticed that I had 2 units, was paying a ton of money each month that was becoming unaffordable by the way, because of constant price hikes, and he told me about a single unit that would meet my storage needs, and cost me less. It was hard work, but I moved. Now all of my things are in one unit, I'm saving money, and get to remain with your wonderful company instead of leaving as I was planning to do. I didn't mention leaving, yet he volunteered the option to me. THAT IS CARE AND SERVICE that is lacking in so many retail venues now a days!!!
