The people are nice and it’s easy to pay. At first it was perfect. Over time the prices kept increasing but nothing was changing. In fact things got bad. The air didn’t work properly and the main door didn’t even lock. The door was broke for months. All that money I was paying was pointless. As a female I didn’t feel safe going along and it got to a point where I could barely afford it.

They are very cost efficient, friendly, and professional. All of my questions and concerns were addressed without hesitation. I would 100% recommend this facility.

The worker at the storage facility (I forgot her name) was very polite and had a very positive attitude, and ensured us that our belongings will be safe at the property.

Price has doubled since the new company took over. Ive had a storage unit or two for 20 years and now from $89 to $209 for the same unit. Looking for a new place. Except for price hikes literally every 6 months they are good. No new benefits just hikes the price. These are not climate controlled either and sometimes lock you out during bad weather or power down.

Storage Sense was very clean and I liked it was climate controlled. All my belongings was in the storage for a year and no damage to anything. Paying the bill online was seemless and I had no issues. I would recommend to anyone needing a storage space!
