Storage Sense - Aiken

I was surprised and delighted by the professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail shown to me by Alicia in your Aiken , SC office!! She put me at ease as she walked me through the rental process. Also, she had Charity (a new employee) accompany me to help on a stubborn lock. Both employees had wonderful attitudes and went out of their way to assist me!!! Excellent employees!!!!

Went well. Climate controlled units are a bit warm for my liking but a great compound none the less.

The staff is amazing. The grounds are clean and well kept. Alicia the office manager is professional and helpful. The price increases every few months are an issue. Any more and I will be forced to relocate. Your onsite manager, Alicia, is the best representative of a store that I have seen in many many years. Will recommend your business to others because of the great job she does. Update: 11/16/24 Alicia, the on site manager is still absolutely amazing. Only issue is the corporation keeps raising their rates. 2 rate increases this year. 3 in last 12 months or so. They should only do rate increase on new customers or

Both Alicia and Autumn have been incredibly helpful. They helped me determine the appropriate size units and have helped me with a couple of different start dates. They made using the app incredibly easy too. Update 8 months later … The climate controlled units worked well. After 8 months of storage not a single item (furniture, clothes, etc.) was damaged or moldy. The security was good. Even during the aftermath of Hurricane Helene the facility was managed well. Alicia was a good communicator and was quick to answer any questions or concerns.

I'm having to reconsider my rating. We rented from them for several years and have been pleased. But we have 2 climate controlled spaces in a building where the A/C has been down for at least a month with no apparent attempt to repair the unit. Additionally, our rent has been increased while the A/C is not operating.
