My sister and I made our reservation online. We went into the office to finalize the rental and Erica helped us. She was extremely pleasant and made the transaction a breeze. She answered all of our questions and explained the rental really well.

I needed to store 3 extra cars which were in our driveway and street Erica rented 3 spots to me and she was one of the most helpful front desk people I ever encountered. Fist she offered myself and my son a water, which was much needed. THen she spent time showing me the spaces ( instead of just providing a map and telling me where they were located). She drove us in the golf cart. Finally after I paid and filled in the information digitally, she took my son and I back to the gate and showed us how it opens, insuring we were all set. What service. Other places I would expect just provide a map. Monica is a real asset to your company. Thanks.

I closed out my unit (199). No one there to speak to. Called the 800 # and told them to cancel my rental. Wasn't sure that would work. But Rhett called this morning to confirm. Great business practice. Will use them again.
