Great staff and location! We were in a pinch and needed storage due to Helene, they took care of us right away for almost a year!

I rented a unit and drove by the location of the units to see if I could see the unit before renting it but there was no one at the location. Called the number on the door, was placed on hold for over 10 minutes on 2 separate occasions. After this interaction I decided to cancel my request for a unit rental. If it was this much hassle getting in touch, can't imagine what it would be like to an actual paying customer.

Tina was phenomenal, she was extremely professional, informative, and patient towards me. She went over and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied customer. Her service was definitely top notch which was very refreshing to see considering how stress I was on having to move but she put a smile on my face. The facility and storage unit was clean and smelled really nice. Highly recommend. A++ with the extra credit.

This is one of the few places left that gives outstanding customer service. Not only have they addressed every issue I have had with the process of getting a storage unit, they have helped quickly to resolve everything. Rhett has been an awesome guy to communicate with and he will take care of the customer in a very professional manner.
