The storage area is super secluded, clean and quiet. I was helped by two women, Mary and Glenis, who were amazingly helpful and so nice!! Best customer service experience I've had in a long time! I am so happy to have found their storage company!

If there was a zero I would give it. We've been in here for two years. We use auto pay and have never missed a payment. Two days ago I went by to pick up something and found our lock was replaced by a red office lock. We contacted the office and they said they marked our unit for auction by mistake. Today we met someone from the office to regain access to our storage. Upon opening we immediately discovered that our unit had been ransacked. We lost thousands of dollars of items. The lady from the company told us to file a police report. She couldn't provide the information as to who changed our lock, even though it is clear that that person should be accountable. We're still dealing with this. Bottom line: very unhappy.

SROA in Augusta sawed my lock off and was going to put my unit up for auction. We went to our storage and were locked out, and no, we have never missed a payment. They said it was an accident and apologized, but when they let us back in, thousands of dollars worth of our stuff was gone. Our bikes, camping gear, etc... and they ransacked every box! Apparently, the guy who thought our unit was to be auctioned, stole all our stuff. Stay away from this place, it is run by dishonest clowns.

We are long time tenants and have been through 3 different owners. The property is clean and well taken care of. Little details like rodent control mean we've had no mouse damage in 10 years. Driveways are kept well plowed in the winter which means units are accessible. Property is fenced with controlled gate access, which means increased security. All in all we've been very satisfied.

10/10 recommend this storage place! They have very polite and friendly staff and are very reasonably priced!
