I asked them if I could expect a follow-up response on the matter, or if this would be the last that I would be hearing from anyone, and I received radio silence. Just goes to show that LifeStance truly doesn't even stand behind their motto of "we care". Please search elsewhere for quality care - because LifeStance isn't it. **STAY AWAY FROM STEFANIE LIVINGSTON AT LIFESTANCE** I want people who are truly suffering mentally to know this is not the provider you want to see if you are trying to get help. This woman will make you feel worse about yourself, I assure you. I was switched to her from another PA within LifeStance, in hopes of managing my anxiety and insomnia, along with other mental ailments I've been struggling with recently. As soon as I met her via our Telehealth appointment, I knew immediately that any hopes and expectations of us establishing a healthy doctor-patient relationship were destroyed. Her demeanor was instantly off-putting, she never even greeted me or introduced herself during our first appointment, and it honestly felt as if it was a bother for her to even see me. I explained in detail to her everything that was going on, the struggles I've been dealing with as far as managing my medications and getting back on a suitable regimen, and the response I received was basically a blank stare. It was awkward and unsettling, and I truly felt as if I was being judged the entire time I spoke. Mental health providers should NEVER make someone feel this way. They are expected to instill confidence in their patients, establish mutual understanding and respect through open communication, and most of all, possess EMPATHY.
