I ordered my coffee before getting to the store to pick it up and I showed after the time it said it would be ready. They hadn't even started making my coffee yet. It took them 10 minutes just to get it done from when it was supposed to be done. She didn't seem like she was in much hurry. To top it all off my coffee isn't even right and I almost lost it in my lap on the first drink because the lid wasn't on.

The morning staff during the week are fantastic and there is no wait at all compared to nearby locations.

My order is wrong about 90% of the time. I've gotten a HOT green tea LEMONADE? I was told I didn't order it iced so it came hot. But it doesn't, who heats uo lemonade? They add syrups to my tea without asking. I've gotten a load of peach syrup before snd I am not a fan. It is lack of work ethic, care, and over all effort.

Workers looked tired and sweaty as if they just left the gym. No customer service skills. Did not properly fix my drink correctly. No one looked sanitized- will not be back to this location.

As I was placing my order the cashier resumed her texting on her cell phone. I asked about the refresher she said we don’t have that. I then ordered a pink drink. When I received it I was then informed they did not have all of the ingredients that are in the pink drink that I paid full price for. Never again.
