Starbucks

To stay “polite”, the level of certain employee is somewhere between 0 and - infinity when it comes to professionalism !… also, for some reasons, I noticed also that the taste of the coffee has significantly changed to stay “discret” … and if we have to add some kids disrespect … Well ! I would say Starbucks franchises are expected to adhere to Starbucks' established standards and guidelines, including respecting lines and maintaining a “consistent” customer experience !

I always order the same drink every single time. Venti brown sugar iced shaken expresso with vanilla sweet cream, 5 extra pumps & light ice. I get to the window order my drink & the lady is like “oh well I’ll just ring you up for a latte since it’ll be mainly just milk” and then that was almost $2 more than my regular order lol stop trying to be greedy & make the drink the way I asked.

This location by far has the worst tasting drinks of all the Starbucks in town. I’ve stopped going to this location and instead traveling to north Augusta to get my drinks. Don’t ever purchase an iced brown sugar shaken espresso because it seems no one at this location has been trained to make them properly. I made the mistake of ordering DoorDash and it came from this location. The drink was way darker than they are from other locations and not filled to the top. It tasted horrible like the person who made it didn’t even try. I had to add things to it at home to make it tolerable. Please please train your staff better. The drinks are too expensive to not be made properly.

Gina was such a delight at the drive- thru!! She was full of energy, charisma, and totally made my day!! What a gem of an employee she is to Starbucks!!! Kudos to you, Gina, for making my day!!:)

I sent a friend in this location to order me a drink. He had to use the restroom first and wash his hands. He noticed there were codes on the restroom doors and asked the staff member for the code. She begins to tell him he must be a customer to use the restroom. He told her he did want to order but he really needed to use the restroom first. We are adults!! She then starts questioning him several times asking him if he’s lying and is he sure he’s not lying to her?!! Then ends up giving up the code. Then he orders himself a piece of cake and my drink. He asks her if she could heat the cake slightly. She tells him no because the icing may run off. We have never encountered such a rude and nasty barista and this was very unbecoming. I’m sure if he were in a suit and tie the questions about whether or not he was a customer wouldn’t have happened!! He works outside and had on boots and outdoor gear so I guess he didn’t fit the part!! Never coming back to this location.
