Staples Print & Marketing Services

Staples printing provided excellent service and quality product for us during a recent difficult time in planning a memorial for my mom. The service was out of town and they made it extremely easy to design/communicate/etc our print needs to them. They were even able to print out documents that were sent to me on my phone while we were traveling.

I have been extremely pleased with my printing experiences at both the Staples in Savannah and Augusta. Both the quality of the printing and the customer service were excellent!

The associates seemed to have a mild attitude when I stated that my order wasn't correct, Which caused an extra day of printing that pushed us back a day because of the website. We appreciate the worker that handle our order she was nice afterwards. I guess she figured out it wasn't our fault after all.

The online service at Staples was outstanding and the interaction with the locale print shop at Staples was seamless. Would definitely recommend their print services.

Ms. Pam in the Print section is exceptional. She is talented, professional, and extremely knowledgeable of her equipment/capabilities. Her creative talents enable her to assist you with the most complex tasks.
